Our mission is to connect local friends and families by creating an environment fostering growth and community through the daily practice of yoga while living in harmony with nature.

We strive to bring accessible yoga to communities across the Milwaukee Metropolitan area with weekly, monthly & one-time yoga classes for different ages & abilities offered at a handful of locations such as schools, organizations, businesses & apartment complexes.
