Feel special in september

You deserve it!


This past year and a half has been a complete roller coaster, and sometimes it's easy to let yourself slip through the cracks when there's SO MUCH going on in the world, and in your own world.


I know I'm guilty of it.

And I know I'm not alone.


So this month, PLEASE do something special for yourself.


Here are some ideas:


#1) Do ONE yoga pose. That's right - just one! It will bring you back to yourself for even a few seconds, and that can be a great place to start.


#2) Speak TWO things you love about yourself out loud. Say it loud and proud and with a smile and see how it makes you feel!


#3) Take THREE deep breaths because those always help.


#4) Find FOUR things you like/love and DO THEM, or GET THEM!


#5) Give yourself a high FIVE! (cheesy, but fun & rewarding)


Maybe you know what #4 is for you. But maybe you don't! And that's okay too!
