How it Works:

We offer a variety of scheduling options to find the right fit for you and your business. This includes a set number of hours you are available to access throughout the month. Scheduling is done on a first come, first serve basis between renters, and all available slots can be seen on our system calendar via phone, computer or app (if you have an iPhone).

What's Included

With your monthly fee, you will gain access to a homey, historic and professional studio space in the heart of Milwaukee's East Side. Soothing green & light purple walls invite a peaceful feeling as soon as you walk in the doors while various essential oil diffusers operate to create a custom ambiance for the current class, event, session or individual. The space is well heated with radiators in each room to keep everyone cozy in the colder months and allows efficient air conditioning to keep cool in the warmer weather.

What to Bring

Depending on your use of the space, you will be responsible for providing any equipment, props, essential oils and anything else necessary for your success.

The Finer Things

Upon payment, you will receive a welcoming email within 48 hours providing the necessary forms to read, sign & send back before scheduling your first session in the space. Rented space requires a minimum three (3) month commitment along with personal [business] insurance. You will be charged the Option amount the same day of each month until you cancel. To cancel, simply email us at zengenyoga@gmail.com. If you need to cancel early, you will be charged a cancellation fee of $100.

No Commitment Hourly Rate: $25
